Poggibonsi - A very lovely and original cottage with roof terrace- solarium, situated in a wide green valley that goes from Castellina (15 km) towards Poggibonsi (2km).
Surrounded by a well kept garden with olive trees and a shade giving pine wood.
Independent access with automatic gate. Parking inside the property. Nice views across the valley, over Poggibonsi and San Gimignano in the distance.
The two apartments communicating inside have access from the living room to the garden and can be let as a whole large cottage. Use of a washing machine.
Central heating. No dogs.
